Welcome to Bittersweet Creations Blog!! BitterSweet Creations is a family operated cake business from Courtland, MS. We make custom cakes such as Wedding cakes, Birthday cakes, Baby Shower Cakes, etc. We specialize in MM fondant (Marshmallow) and apply it to almost all of our cakes! MM fondant is not like most fondant. You can actually eat this fondant and not squinch up your nose because it tastes bad! It tastes like marshmallows!!
